Insurance & Payment
Your insurance will be billed for the telemedicine visit. You are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, and/or deductible required by your insurance plan.
When an In-Person Visit Is Needed
Dr. Jain may request an in-person follow-up visit before a diagnosis can be made. If an in-person visit is necessary, care will be provided as appropriate.
